Durham Police Investigating Possible Homicide, Searching For Gray Van

DURHAM, N.C. — Durham police are investigating what they call a suspicious death that occurred on Lillington Drive in northern Durham Saturday night.

The police received a call about an unresponsive man at 4012 Lillington Drive shortly after 10 p.m. Jason Standish Webber, 22, was taken to the Duke University Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead as a result of a gunshot wound.

Durham police are looking for a vehicle resembling a gray Chevy Astro van seen leaving the area prior to police arrival.
