RALEIGH, N.C. — Police are investigating a shooting in Raleigh.
Raleigh police responded to a reported shooting late Sunday night in the 800 block of E. Martin Street.
When officers arrived, they found 22-year-old Keith Owen Kelly lying in the street.
Kelly was transported to WakeMed, where he was declared dead.
Authorities are already investigating
another shooting
in Raleigh that occurred Sunday night.
