Cary Reservist Asks Judge For Second Time To Release Him From Duty

Posted Updated

RALEIGH, N.C. — A Cary reservist fighting his call back to the Army has new evidence he hopes will release him from duty.

Todd Parrish says he served eight years and received his walking papers. However, the Army claims he never resigned and called him back to duty.

Parrish now says two former Army personnel specialists agree that the Army should not be able to recall him.

With the new evidence, Parrish is now asking a judge for a second time to stop his activation.
