DURHAM, N.C. — Police in Durham want to talk to a man who may know something about a murder.
Officers were called to the Wellington Place Apartments on Garrett Road Sunday night.
When they arrived, they found Victor Martinez, 29, shot in his stomach and shoulder. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officers want to talk to 36-year-old Jesus Garcia. They say he may be driving a white Chevy Astro van with North Carolina plate SZH-2407.
Anyone who has seen Garcia is asked to call Durham police at (919) 560-4601.
