GARNER, N.C. — A Garner teen learned his punishment Monday for a drive-by paintball shooting that left a 12-year-old boy blind in one eye.

John Lemons, 17, will spend Nov. 19 until Jan. 7 under house arrest. He pleaded guilty earlier in May to felony assault.
