RALEIGH, N.C. — The lawyer at the center of the Eric Miller case says he will decide by the end of the week whether to appeal a State Supreme Court ruling.
The court ruled Friday that attorney Rick Gammon must tell prosecutors what a now-deceased client knew about Miller's death.
Miller died of arsenic poisoning more than three years ago.
By law, Gammon has 20 days to decide whether to appeal.
