Driver Sought in Deadly Raleigh Hit-And-Run

RALEIGH, N.C. — Police in Raleigh are looking for the driver in a hit-and-run that killed a pedestrian late Wednesday night.

Police say someone hit 23-year-old Danny Stokes along the 4700 block of New Bern Avenue and drove away around 11:30 p.m.

Stokes, of Raleigh, died at the scene.
