Posted Updated

ROBBINS, N.C. — Two men are under arrest in Moore County for the shooting of four men Monday at a mobile home on Sunset Drive near Robbins.

Kevin Nicholas Brower, 22, of Eagle Springs is charged in the three deaths and the wounding of a fourth man. Officials caught up with Brower and 22-year-old William Little at the Days Inn in Rockingham Tuesday afternoon.

Little is also wanted in Montgomery County for the murder of his brother-in-law and he may face charges in the deaths of Emedel Hernandez, Louiz Zapatero and Elmer Carbajal killed Monday in what investigators say was an armed robbery.

Authorities say Brower and Little also had 1 kilogram of cocaine when they were arrested.

Brower is no stranger to the legal system. Court records show he has 18 different previous charges against him. His convictions include possession with intent to distribute cocaine, discharging a firearm in a public place, assault with a deadly weapon and numerous traffic violations.
