RALEIGH, N.C. — A man who escaped from prison officials in Forsyth County has been recaptured in Georgia.
Jean Rinehart, 41, escaped from Winston-Salem around 8 p.m. Thursday.
He was serving almost five years in prison for multiple breaking and entering and larceny convictions.
Officials from the Forsyth Correctional Center said Rinehart was captured in Brunswick, Ga., around 1:30 p.m. Saturday.
