Officials in Brunswick County said they found 15-year-old Alex Spriggs early Thursday morning. Spriggs was found with her boyfriend, 17-year-old Johnny Miller.
Miller has been charged by the Brunswick County Sheriff's Office with delinquency of a minor, possession of marijuana and obstruction of justice.
Investigators said Spriggs was last seen Sunday when surveillance video showed her leaving with a different man at a convenience store. Authorities said that man told them that he took her to the boyfriend's home. There is no word on whether that man will face charges
There is no word on her condition or exactly where she was found.
