Federal Marshals Arrest Raleigh Fugitive Wanted For Murder

RALEIGH, N.C. — Federal marshals have arrested a man wanted for a murder in Raleigh.

Jesse Pratt was arrested at a Charlotte hotel about 1:30 Saturday morning. He is back in the Wake County Jail and will make his first appearance in court on Monday.

Police believe Pratt shot and killed DeTony Snipes in a parking lot next to Centennial Ridge Way Nov. 15.

Two other men are already in jail, charged with accessory to the murder.
