<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — A man accused of looting 19 storage units is in the Wake County Jail.

Police arrested Jeffrey Leroy and charged him with 20 counts of breaking and entering.

The robberies occurred over a three-day period earlier in November at Morning Star Storage on Atlantic Avenue in Raleigh.

Police say Leroy had his own storage unit at the facility. He was allegedly stealing from other units then stashing the goods.

Asha Crews said her 6-year-old son, Sincere, was placed in a "restraint chair" inside a broom closet at Mariam Boyd Elementary. Crews said the closet has no air conditioning and showed signs of mold.
