Attorneys For Former Miss N.C. File Motion To Disqualify Arbitrator

Posted Updated

RALEIGH, N.C. — The courtroom battle of a former Miss North Carolina is not over yet.

Rebekah Revels' attorneys have filed a motion to disqualify the arbitrator in her case.

They claim he has become obessed with the alleged topless photographs of Revels taken by her ex-fiance Tosh Welch and he is no longer impartial.

Fallout from the pictures forced Revels to resign as Miss North Carolina.

Revels later sued the pageant's organizers in a losing effort to get her crown back.
