DURHAM, N.C. — A Durham police officer has some explaining to do after someone swiped his patrol car.
Lt. P.T. Williams stopped to investigate a fender-bender when a man jumped into the car and took off. He later pulled over and left the cruiser on South LaSalle Street.
The man, whose name has not been released, will face charges.
