CLAYTON, N.C. — Authorities said a woman is in custody after leading them on a car chase and ramming them with her vehicle.
The Highway Patrol chased a car on Little River Church Road in Clayton Thursday morning.
Troopers said the driver did not want to stop because she was driving on a revoked license. According to the Highway Patrol, she hit one of their cruisers and spun out.
No one was hurt. The driver, who has not yet been identified, faces a number of charges.
