IT Solutions Provider Optimus Solutions Acquires Paaridian Technologies

ATLANTA, GA. — Optimus Solutions

is expanding its reach across the Southeast, acquiring Paaridian Technologies, which has offices in Raleigh and Jacksonville FL.

The acquisition of Parridian, an IBM business partner, makes Optimus one of the largest technology consultants in the region.

Craig James, chief executive officer of Paaridian, will join Optimus as director of professional services. West Walton, chief technology officer of Paaridian, will assume the director of technology services role for Optimus. Nineteen Paaridian employees in all will be added to Optimus' staff.

"Paaridian is well known for having exceptional customer relationships and some of the best technical personnel in the Southeast," said Mark Metz, CEO of Optimus Solutions. "Their IBM systems and storage skills, along with WebSphere, Tivoli, High Availability and VMware software proficiencies, will be an asset to Optimus customers."

Parridian's headquarters is in Atlanta.
