l will launch its ION Venture Forum Oct. 17-18 at the Buckhead Ritz-Carlton in Atlanta. The fifth annual investor showcase is being rebranded to reflect a new format for venture capitalist nationally.

With a rich history, this conference is the South's premier event for venture capitalists and emerging-growth technology companies. The exclusive CEO Council consulted investors from around the country before deciding to reshape the event.

To date over $250 million has been raised by presenting companies with over 150 top-tier investors from around the nation in attendance. A highlight of the Forums success stories include companies like: Allconnect, CardioMEMS, CipherTrust, EG Technology, EZ Prints, JBoss, Jacket Micro Devices, Oversight Systems, PurDigitalT Media, Qcept Technologies and Vistascape.
