DURHAM, N.C. — More upscale homes are coming to Durham's Treyburn neighborhood.
An undeveloped part of the Durham complex was sold to two different firms.
One of them built Chapel Hill's Southern Village and the new Treyburn could look pretty similiar.
Both firms plan to put up high-price homes beginning this fall and then start on a "Village Center," complete with an 18-hole golf course and middle school.
