Antiwar Protestors, War Veterans Rally At Fayetteville Landmark

Posted Updated

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — People on both sides of the war issue lined up on opposite sides of the street near Fayetteville's Market House Wednesday.

Antiwar demonstrators have been coming out every Wednesday night to protest the war in Iraq.

Veterans said they wanted to come out this week to send a different message to the troops.

They said they also wanted to let the protestors know that freedom is not free.
