Woman Charged In Death Of NCSU Student Released On Bond

RALEIGH, N.C. — A woman charged with a deadly drunk driving accident that killed a North Carolina State University student is out on bond.

Jennifer Robinson, 23, is charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of Scott Brown, 22, an NCSU senior.

Police said Robinson was driving a Ford Explorer when she failed to make a turn, ran off the road and into the driveway in the 200 block of Brooks Ave, hitting Brown.

Robinson suffered minor injuries in the accident.
