RALEIGH, N.C. — An accused stalker is in trouble with the law again.
Samuel Ferebee had some old trespassing cases that were supposed to go to a special mental health court, but since he did not get counseling like he was supposed to, the cases will be moved to the Orange County District Court.
Ferebee said the counseling cost $35 a week and he does not have a job and could not pay for them.
Earlier this month, a judge found him guilty of peeking into a dressing room at a Craven County thrift store.
Ferebee has been banned from several Triangle-area universities after he was charged with peeping at students through windows and trespassing.
