RALEIGH, N.C. — Progress Energy unveiled its plans to build offices, stores and residential units behind its headquarters in downtown Raleigh Tuesday.
The space will takes up a total of 450,000 square feet, and change the look of downtown Raleigh.
Progress Energy said it hopes to break ground later this year.
