RALEIGH, N.C. — Isabella Cannon used to joke that the city of Raleigh never dedicated anything in her honor. However, that is about to change.
Theater in the Park will build a fountain in its front garden in honor of Raleigh's former mayor. Cannon died in February at the age of 93.
