Police raided the house on 6701 Litchford Road Wednesday. Police arrested Ricardo Acevedo and Daniel Espinoza and charged them for maintaining a house of prostitution.
Police also arrested Alenia Abarua and charged her with prostitution. Police said Abarua came recently from New York.
Dean Allen, who lives at 6701 of a different address, claims men have been knocking on his door for months looking for the Litchford Road address, so he put a sign in Spanish and English on his mail box directing confused visitors.
Two weeks ago, an undercover policeman asked Allen about the sign.
"He said, 'Well, if there's something going on over there, we'll look into it and we'll take care of it,'" he said.
Police also seized cash, cell phones, and nearly 40 condoms from the home. Police said the Litchford Road operation has been going on for six months.
A couple were charged late last month with operating a strip joint, brothel and liquor house on 1820 Dublin Road, about 4 miles away from the Litchford Road home where the most recent arrests occurred.
Last July, eight people were arrested and charged with violating prostitution laws at 5838 Six Forks Road. A home in Cary was also raided last month.
Police are looking to see if there is any connection between these arrests and the others in Raleigh and Cary.
