Authorities Looking For Escaped Inmates

Anthony Humble

were working on landscaping at the State HighwayPatrol Headquarters on Garner Road when they took off in their supervisor's truck.

Carver, 21, was serving a 1-year, 10-month sentence for common law robbery. He was due to be released inNovember 2002.

Humble, 22, was serving a 1-year, 8-month sentence for a NewHanover County breaking and entering incident. He was due to be released in April 2002.

The truck that they escaped in is a 1993 White Ford ExtendedCab Pick-Up, with yellow state license tags, number PS-7822.
