New Durham school information session planned
The Durham Public Schools Construction and Capital Planning Department will host a community information session on Oct. 13 to review plans for a new middle school.

The money to build the facility, referred to as Middle School B, will come from bond funds approved by voters in 2007.
Information will be presented about the Snow Hill Road school site, near the Treyburn area, and adjacent city parks, the building design and its capacity.
After the presentation, questions from the public will be answered.
The session is scheduled to start at 7:30 p.m. at the Northern High School Auditorium at 117 Tom Wilkerson Road.
