DURHAM, N.C. — Cyclists took to the streets on Saturday to raise money to support research against multiple myeloma at Duke University.
The "Duke Multiple Myeloma Bike Ride” went from the Duke campus through rural Durham and Orange counties, according to the event Web site.
Multiple myeloma is the second most common cancer of the blood.
This is the second year the ride was held.
