Roy Williams to pen autobiography

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. — Coinciding with the start of the 2009 basketball season, Algonquin Books of Chapel Hill will publish Coach Roy Williams’ autobiography, "HARD WORK: My Life On and Off the Court," with a foreword by John Grisham.
Williams, head coach of the University of North Carolina men’s basketball team, has the third-highest winning percentage in NCAA history.
Over the last eight years, the 58-year-old Asheville, N.C., native — who was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2007 — has won 239 games, including 30 in the NCAA Tournament.
