HOLLYWOOD, CALIF. — Season 2 of "Scream Queens" premiered Tuesday on FOX, and stars say the new episodes are more entertaining than ever.

The new season of "Scream Queens" tells the frightening yet hilarious story of a group of sorority sisters who graduate from Wallace University and begin training to become physicians in a teaching hospital.

The cast is already full of major stars, including Emma Roberts and Jamie Lee Curtis, but new additions to the series include John Stamos ("Full House") and Taylor Lautner ("Twilight"). The men, who show officials joke are "easy on the eyes," play doctors in the new season.

Behind the scenes, the stars are just as excited. "I think they'll enjoy the show with us on it," said Stamos. "[Lautner] is fantastic, and we're having a lot of fun."

"It's unlike anything I've ever done before, and I am grateful for the opportunity to work with such talented people," said Lautner. "The cast is so much fun, and everybody is super sweet. They welcomed us with open arms."

Between new season's unique couture and plot twists, creators say the popular horror/comedy series is sure to scare up a few laughs. Tune in Tuesdays at 9 p.m. on FOX to see for yourself.
