RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh police on Friday released additional photos from surveillance videos and an audio recording in connection with a series of store and restaurant robberies over the past few weeks.

Investigators are looking for at least two men they believe might be involved in seven robberies and an attempted robbery since Oct. 26.

This media cannot be viewed right now.

In each case, the men have concealed their appearances, wearing bulky coats and bandannas, and have used a combination of long guns and handguns during each crime, police said.

One of the latest robberies happened Saturday in Raleigh at a Circle K convenience store on Lake Boone Trail. The new photos and audio are from that robbery, and like previously released photos, the men's identities are concealed.

One man is wearing a black bandanna with his mouth and nose covered, a long-sleeved black shirt with a red or pink T-shirt with the word "Southpole" on it.

The other man is wearing a red-and-black plaid coat, black pants, black shoes and has a black hood covering his head. He is wearing a red bandanna over his mouth and nose.

The two-minute audio clip of the robbery includes a man screaming the words "open up." At one point, he screams, "You're going to make me shoot."

No one has been injured in any of the crimes, but Raleigh police say they want to catch these men before they become violent.

The other crimes include:

  • Papa John's, 5620 Capital Blvd., at 11:09 p.m. on Oct. 26
  • Peace Street Market, 804 W. Peace St., at 11:45 p.m. on Oct. 31
  • Exxon, 4301 New Bern Ave., at 1:15 a.m. on Nov. 6
  • Circle K, 2400 Spring Forest Road, at 1:39 a.m. on Nov. 6
  • Domino's Pizza, 4339 Falls of Neuse Road, at 9:52 p.m. on Nov. 6
  • Sophie's Deli, 3130 Integrity Drive, at 8:59 p.m. on Nov. 8
  • Roma's Pizzeria, 3805 Brentwood Road, at 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 12.

Other surveillance photos of the Peace Street Market robbery have one of the men wearing a blue NBA "throwback" jacket with the logo for the Syracuse Nationals on the back, "1949" on the left sleeve, and "NBA" on the right sleeve.
