Nash courthouse shooting victim released from hospital
One of two men wounded in a shooting a week ago at the Nash County Courthouse has been released from the hospital, police said Tuesday.

Donte'a Evans was discharged from Vidant Medical Center in Greenville, where he had been treated for gunshot wounds to the hand and leg.
Another man, Lamar Ricks, remained in stable condition at the hospital Tuesday. Ricks, police have said, was shot in the back.
Gunfire erupted outside the courthouse in Nashville just after 11 a.m. on Oct. 28, prompting several schools, nearby offices and the courthouse to go on lockdown.
Brothers Brandon Tremaine Morris, 31, and Demond Levar Morris, 36, each face two counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill.
Demond Morris was arrested on Wednesday, and Brandon Morris surrendered to police on Thursday.
Investigators have said the four men know each other, but they have not offered a motive for the shootings.
