N.C. Zoo to reopen Tuesday
After being closed for nearly two weeks, the N.C. Zoo will reopen Tuesday to the public.

After being closed for nearly two weeks, the N.C. Zoo will reopen Tuesday to the public.
High winds, then an ice storm, followed by snow forced zoo leaders to close the zoo for most of the last couple of weeks. The zoo in Asheboro is about 90 minutes from the Triangle. The zoo's regular winter operating hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.
