Teens can explore the world of forensic science in a special after-hours event at the Museum of Life and Science next month.

Forensics Teen Night is 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., Feb. 7. Tickets are $10 for teens ($7 for member teens). A dinner ticket, which gets you two slices of pizza and a drink, is $5.

The evening includes discussions with experts in the field, a hands-on look at their tools and technologies and more about what it takes to be a forensic scientist. There also will be workshops, demos, games and insect encounters.
