Monday Wrap: It ain't over till it's over

The House passed bills that would ban the sale of fetal tissue from abortions, would require insurance to cover treatment for children with autism and would require the UNC Board of Governors to hold a public meeting to discuss the final three candidates for UNC president.

The Senate passed bills that would force public schools to share more tax money with charter schools, would crack down on the use of documents issued by foreign governments as official forms of identification and would roll back environmental regulations.
