What's on your menu tonight?
Monday: Salmon, baked sweet potatoes and broccoli florets
Tuesday: Spaghetti (requested by my oldest daughter), garlic bread, salad
Wednesday: Pot roast in slow cooker with potatoes, mushrooms, onions and carrots, rolls,
Thursday: Breakfast for dinner with scrambled eggs, turkey bacon, cheddar biscuits, fruit salad
Friday: Baked chicken in creamy mushroom sauce, egg noodles, asparagus (if we get a good deal on it starting Wednesday)
