Missing Laurinburg man found at Durham gas station
A 62-year-old Laurinburg man missing since Thursday was found Monday afternoon at a Durham gas station, police said.

RALEIGH, N.C. — A 62-year-old Laurinburg man missing since Thursday was found Monday afternoon at a Durham gas station, police said.
The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons canceled its Silver Alert for Billy Charles Lewis Monday evening. Lewis was found safe by Lauringburg police.
On Saturday, Laurinburg police said Lewis' ATM card had been used at banks in Cary and Raleigh. They also believe he was the driver when his truck was involved in a hit-and-run crash.
No one was injured.
