The event is 10 a.m. to 2p.m., Saturday, at the dealership at 4516 Durham Chapel Hill Blvd. in Durham. Technicians from Durham Safe Kids Coalition will be on hand to check out the car seats.

They'll also have refreshments and snow cones for the kids, music, finger painting, sidewalk chalk drawing and more. Mark Jacobson Toyota will donate $1 for every mile test driven to Durham Safe Kids during the event.
