Man wanted in Cumberland County surrenders to authorities
A 24-year-old man was shot to death in Fayetteville early Sunday, and Cumberland County authorities are searching for a man named as a person of interest in the case.
Posted — UpdatedFAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Marcus Harris, who was wanted on a charge of possession of a firearm by a felon, surrendered to Cumberland County sheriff's deputies Monday, said Debbie Tanna, a spokeswoman for the sheriff's office.
Harris, 23, was wanted for questioning in the shooting death of a Fayetteville man on Sunday.
