<b>DURHAM, N.C.</b> — A man was seriously injured in a shooting near McDougald Terrace on Monday night.

The shooting happened near the intersection of Ridgeway Avenue and Wabash Street around 6:45 p.m.

The man was taken to a local hospital for treatment of his injuries, police said.

Police did not release any additional information about a gunman or motive.
