Suspects in Raleigh pool hall homicide caught

Raleigh police were searching for two men Saturday who are charged in connection with the death of 26-year-old Marcus Rashad Owens, who was shot Tuesday at a pool hall on South Saunders Street.

RALEIGH, N.C. — Two suspects wanted for the killing of a man at a Raleigh pool hall were apprehended in Virginia Sunday morning.

Dudley Lamar Kee, 29, and James Keith Nelson, 23, were found at a motel in Petersburg, Va., Raleigh police said.

Both men were wanted for the killing of Marcus Rashad Owens, 26, who was shot Tuesday night at Bar and Billiards on South Saunders Street.

Owens died late Friday from his injuries.

Investigators said Owens was shot following an argument.
