Man dies in shooting from argument at Fayetteville home, police looking for suspect

A man died in a shooting in Fayetteville on Thursday night.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — A man died in a shooting in Fayetteville on Thursday night after an argument.

Police found the man, Jahquese Fuller, outside of a home in the 500 block of Coronation Drive around 7 p.m. Police discovered an altercation took place outside the home, which resulted in shots being fired. Officers said the shooter left before they arrived.

On Tuesday, police identified the victim as Fuller, who was 21 years old. Fuller was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police are investigating as a homicide. The shooter and the victim knew each other, according to police.
