The driver, Jorge Ortega Jr., was found dead inside the car. There were no passengers.

Police believe Ortega was speeding and lost control of the vehicle near the off-ramp of I-87 north near New Hope Road. The 27-year-old traveled off the road, collided into a tree and down an embankment.
