An officer spotted Carmen Bueno, 22, driving a vehicle on Marshburn Road Thursday afternoon. The officer tried to pull him over, but said Bueno jumped out of the car and fled into a wooded area.

<b>WENDELL, N.C.</b> — Wendell police have arrested a man wanted on several outstanding warrants.

Police found and arrested Bueno about an hour later.

According to the state Department of Correction Web site, Bueno had previously served jail time for felony breaking and entering and larceny
