Ready, Set, School opens at Marbles Kids Museum

Need to get out of the house? Most of the region's local museums and destinations are reopening today a little later than usual. Here are the plans:

The N.C. Museum of Natural Sciences and the N.C. Museum of History will open at noon.
Marbles Kids Museum and its IMAX theater will reopen at 11 a.m.
The Museum of Life and Science in Durham will open to the general public at 10 a.m. (as it usually does).
Pullen Park Amusements, Greystone indoor playground and the city of Raleigh's indoor pools (including Buffaloe Road Aquatic Center) will open at 10 a.m. Click here to see Raleigh park's weather alert page.

A note: All three sessions of this morning's What's in the Box preschool programs at the N.C, Museum of Art are canceled.

And check out our Indoor Playgrounds and Inflatables page for more indoor play ideas.
