While I was out on maternity leave, I got the chance to try out some new baby products.

With three babies, my car seat's been around the block a few times. I didn't want to buy a new one, so I just updated my old one with a cover. I did an online search for infant car seat covers and I found several Web sites. LittleAngelBaby.com has several great designs that just slip on over your car seat.

Along that same vein, I also wanted to update my front carrier. I did a search for infant front carrier covers and again found several Web sites, including BabyBellaMaya.com. The cover is very easy to put on and it looks great. The covers come in several different colors.

In addition to the front carrier, I've also started using a sling from GreenPeaDesigns.com. It's very simple yet very effective, and it doesn't take up much room in the diaper bag. You can carry your baby in several different positions. I really like it and there are several designs to choose from.

Finally when it comes time to nurse and I'm away from home, I've been using a scarf from BabyONursingCover.com. It's very lightweight, so it doesn't make you and your baby hot and it's large enough to cover everything. Plus, it takes up very little space in the diaper bag.
