The former location of Knightdale Seafood and BBQ is being auctioned online starting April 21.

KNIGHTDALE, N.C. — The former location of Knightdale Seafood and BBQ is up for auction.
The property, located at 706 Money Court, will be auctioned off online starting April 21, according to Hilco Real Estate Auctions.
The property includes a 7,534 square foot restaurant and lounge building with all furniture, fixtures and equipment, on 1.73 acres.
Those interested can conduct on-site inspections starting April 14.
A $10,000 initial deposit is required to bids.
