Additional Information: I found the pet on the Cary Parkway Dec 22 between Waldo Rood and High House. The photo is NOT the dog I found, but a good example of what she looks like. She is sweet and has on a pink and brown flowered collar. She is not chipped. I took her to the vet and they guessed she is about five years old.
