The buyer of the property Shervin Tahssili, owner of Tuscany Construction Group, has hinted that the coffee shop could be coming back. In an interview with WRAL Tuesday morning, Tahssili said more will be revealed in the coming months.

Is Cafe Helios coming back?
The building at 413 Glenwood Ave. housed Cafe Helios on the first floor and office tenants on the second floor. Helios abruptly closed last December.
