The free offer will be loaded to your VIC card beginning December 28, 2016.
Harris Teeter usually sends out an e-mail reminder to those who qualify for the freebie to remind them when it is available to pick up.
According to their website, Taste & Tell is open to residents of Delaware, District of Columbia, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, & Virginia ONLY.
