I moved this brag thread to the top so you could find it more easily. Here's the place to share your great register totals, funny stories, coupon disasters and all things Triples at Harris Teeter and Super Doubles at Lowes Foods this week! I have also included the totals, breakdown of purchases and photo from my HT shop on Wednesday.

You can find the deals lists in the link in the box above.

Here are the totals from my Harris Teeter shopping trip on Wednesday, 4/24:

Subtotal before sales and coupons: $54.32

Total saved: $53.91

Total paid: .41

Percent saved: 99%!!

To figure % saved, divide the amount saved by the total amount before sales and coupons. The total amount before sales and coupons is found by adding the amount paid and the Coupons Tendered number. For my totals above, the calculation looks like this:

$53.91 divided by $54.32 = .99 (99%)

Here are the items I purchased and coupons used:

1 Muellers Hidden Veggie Pasta, $1.00 on sale - .55/1 coupon from 4/7 SS = FREE!

3 Quaker Popped rice cake snacks, $1.00 sale - .55/1 coupons from 4/14 RP = FREE!

3 Quaker Big Chewy granola bars, $2.00 (using raincheck) - .75/1 coupon from 4/14 RP = FREE!

3 Sister Shubert's mini loaves, BOGO for $2.14 - .75 coupon from 3/24 = FREE!

3 Minute RIce frozen brown rice, $1.66 - .50 coupon from 3/3 = .16 each

2 Snyders' whole grain tortilla chips, $2.50 sale - .75 coupon from 4/7 SS = .25 each

1 Mardi gras napkins, 250 count, $1.99 sale - .55/1 printable coupon from a few weeks ago = .34

1 Motts Snack & Go: $2.00 (using raincheck) - .55/1 printable coupon from over a month ago = .35

3 Nutri-grain fruit crispy bar boxes, $2.50 - .70 coupon from 33/ RP = .40 each

In addition to the manufacturer's coupons, I also used a $2 CVS ECB competitor's coupon to bring the total down to 41 cents.
